Great Roofing replaced the roof on the house. I worked with Bahman from the beginning and he was very thorough and professional. I really appreciated how well he kept me informed of the process. Louise and crew did a fantastic job on the roof, ridge vents and the clean up. I am very impressed on the finishing detail they did. The company field rep. who came out with the crew was also very polite and helpful. Great team at Great Roofing.

Holley has been the best part of working with Great Roofing and Restoration. She has managed to get the work done, when Kris was more than lacking. Kris often didn't follow through on what he said would happen, and Holley has been the one to secure the dates of our window installation and the start date of the painter. Honestly, without Holley I don't know what I would do. I would give Holley a 5 star rating, Great Roofing and Kris, not so much.

Great Roofing went above and beyond to alleviate my concerns about a botched job by a TV satellite installer (something my tenants did not have authorization to have done in the first place). The company came out the next day, went up on my roof, took a bunch of pictures and chatted with the tenant and I in detail. They were amazingly professional, prompt, and friendly. He even gave me other advice about what I could do to protect my roof and roof drainage going forward. Kudos to this company!! ... Read more
