They re-did my roof about 5 years ago. I think they did a really good job both in dealing with the insurance adjuster. The quality of their work was great, only one minor correction they needed to make after inspection. The pricing on the surface was average, I think they could have been better. Thanks for the review Wes! We're happy you are satisfied with the work done to your home. Regarding the pricing, during insurance claims we go off of the insurance based pricing through Xactimate software, which is in fact an average price for work being done in the area. As we're always hiring new salesmen and project managers it is sometimes likely that we will have a few inexperienced guys on staff. We're happy that your project manager, though new at the time, was able to make sure all the work was done correctly. Thanks again for the review!

We got a recommendation from a friend for these guys. The main reason you should call them is TRUST. We had a contractor we hired after the May 8 2017 hail storm but had to fire them. We called Great Roofing and our experience with them was phenomenal. We used them for our siding and gutters. First, Brant always got right back to us if we had any questions. bahmanm was the salesman that handled the new roof for my home.he couldn't have done a better job.the job was completed in one day once started.the only problem was replacement of my satellite dish.it wasn't pointed exactly at the satellite,so no tv.however bahmanm knew a friend that could line it up.i went out for dinner after the roof was complete and found I had tv when I got home.the next day was Saturday and I didn't miss one football game.thanks again bahmanm for a great job.

It has been a great year for our business but with the chaos and volume caused by that large of a storm we've identified a few areas which we definitely need to improve and are dedicated to doing so.
