This homeowner was looking for samples and recommendations for a durable, long-lasting roofing solution with a preference for premium synthetic options like DaVinci or Brava. After reviewing their needs, our team upgraded their roof from a mix of 3-tab shingles and wood shake to Brava Cedar Shake in the color Aspen, giving the home a beautiful and low-maintenance finish that perfectly replicates the look of natural cedar.

Brava tiles are a high-performance synthetic roofing product made from recycled materials. They are designed to mimic the look of natural wood while offering superior durability, impact resistance, and color retention, making them an excellent choice for Colorado’s varying weather conditions.

We also installed snow guards, which help prevent snow and ice from sliding off the roof all at once. This protects gutters, landscaping, and walkways below.

The homeowners also chose to upgrade to 6" gutters on the main house and wrapping the soffit and fascia in metal for a complete exterior upgrade.

Very disappointing experience overall. Work started late and lacked clear communication. The crew seemed rushed and careless on site. Materials used did not match what was promised. Several mistakes were noticed after completion. Roof still leaks despite “repairs.” Follow-up calls were ignored or delayed. No proper inspection was done before leaving.
