I recently had siding placed on my house. I am giving only 4 stars due to the lack of communication through the process. My “project manager” was switched to three different people. I felt that outside of Grant there was no communication. Additionally, I asked for changes to be made and knew that they had left over materials to finish the project however I never received any further communication. Not sure I would use the company again due to the communication issues.
Ravines at Waggoner Park. Though the roof looks nice and our patio was cleaned up, a lot of nails were found in our driveway and parking lot area. A neighbor's boyfriend has already had to replace a tire that couldn't be plug. Edit; A representative reach out to me today and wants to remedy all concerns including reimbursing purchase of the tire. I guess better communication with our board members would have fixed this sooner.
