I had a great experience working with Joe Osborne to get my roof inspected and repairs/replacement estimated. He was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of his assessment. I didn’t feel pressured to file an insurance claim like I experienced with some other people and I felt confident that he was being honest and realistic about what was needed and what my options were.
