I contacted them on a weekend when I discovered a large leak. They contacted me immediately and offered to put on a temporary patch. The final work was completed shortly after. The roof looks great and no more leaks.

GR finally resolved our roof leak after a three year effort to identify the problem. We had worked with a number of other contractors & individuals but none could find the source of the problem which went from bad to worse. Ravines at Waggoner Park. Though the roof looks nice and our patio was cleaned up, a lot of nails were found in our driveway and parking lot area. A neighbor's boyfriend has already had to replace a tire that couldn't be plug. Edit; A representative reach out to me today and wants to remedy all concerns including reimbursing purchase of the tire. I guess better communication with our board members would have fixed this sooner.
