Pipe Jack Repair in Castle Rock, Colorado

This Castle Rock homeowner needed multiple pipe jack repairs to stop leaks and protect their roof. A pipe jack is a metal or rubber flashing installed around plumbing vents that pass through the roof, sealing the area and preventing water from entering the home. Over time, pipe jacks can crack, warp, or deteriorate, which can lead to leaks and water damage.

On this roof, our team replaced 10 pipe jacks and painted them brown to match the existing roof. We carefully reused shingles where possible, replacing only the damaged shingles as needed, ensuring a clean, seamless repair that blends perfectly with the roof.
