Great experience. Cris and Jake were awesome. Fast communication, handled the insurance company personally, responded to questions quickly, and all around good family guys that bend over backwards to help people. Install was precise, completion in a day, with immaculate cleanup. The product was high wind resistant shingles, we chose onyx color 😬 Remarkable company that works to help the community.

Previously I had my roof done with another company but was experiencing leaks. They told me the issue was my siding not the roof. Joe Osborne came out from Great Roofing and did a much more thorough examination of my roof and siding than the other company. I called Great Roofing and Restoration because my insurance company, based on two photos taken from a cell phone on a stick, decided that my roof needed to be completely redone before they would insure it again. Joe Konopka came out and did a thorough appraisal of my roofs condition from pictures from a drone, from actually walking on the roof, and from inside the attic.
