Had Joe Osborne from Great Roofing and Restoration out today for an estimate on some siding work we need done. Joe was punctual and completely professional. He took a great deal of time to explain to me the insurance claim process and how he will work with our insurance company for the best outcome. And no "high pressure sales" tactics. Cole Singbeil of Great Roofing and Restoration came out to assess damage to our roof after a hail storm. He showed up on time, told me about his process, and just did his job. No muss, no fuss. Good news was we had no damage.
