We had windows replaced in our condo in 2013. It was even extra work because they had to take off our wood siding and they didn't complain or charge me any extra. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We have two dogs and with all the doors open for two days I was worried but they were great with the dogs and making sure they didn't let them out. We've had our windows for two years and we had one piece break so the window would not stay open, I called and they came out two d... Read more

We ordered windows for our entire house, were told they would deliver - install 4-6 weeks. Granted weather was an issue which we understand, but even despite weather delays it was months before they were installed. They had to come several times due to delays in delivery of the larger windows, etc which was problematic in itself. The flashing was very poorly done causing water damage on the interior. They did come out to re-do the flashing, but it is still very poorly done, not visually appealin... Read more
