We were called to complete an inspection at Sienna Park Townhomes, a 9-building complex in Lakewood, Colorado, due to reported leaks in two of the buildings. Following a thorough inspection, the HOA board decided it was time for a complete roof replacement.
The transformation is remarkable—the previously brown roofs have been replaced with GAF ArmourShield II shingles in the sleek, modern color Pewter Gray. These shingles not only enhance the aesthetic of the townhomes but also provide superior impact resistance and durability, making them an excellent choice for Colorado’s unpredictable seasonal weather.

Joe and his team are AMAZING. He communicated every step if the way. When insurance meesed up and didnt pay out the full amount his billing team worked to get it resolved, and never charged any late fees because insurance was taking so long. These guys are awesome and we will always go with Joe!!!
