        When storm damage left Bob Jackson’s Piqua, Ohio, castle-like estate in need of a new roof, Great Roofing and Restoration stepped in to turn a challenge into an opportunity. The result? A stunning transformation that earned us a 2024 DaVinci Masterpiece Contractor of the Year award.


        Bob chose the DaVinci Multi-Width Slate roof in Smokey Gray, a durable, elegant, and long-lasting roofing solution that perfectly complements the stately character of his home. By replacing the aging synthetic Spanish tiles with this composite slate roof, we elevated the curb appeal, enhanced the home's value, and preserved the integrity of its iconic copper accents.


        This project showcases our dedication to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to bring new life to historic properties.

        Great Roofing & Restoration are absolutely phenomenal! I live in a condo and noticed three water spots happen in a couple of hours due to severe ice damming at the front entry. It was so bad that I couldn’t even open the front door as it was blocked with ice. I reached out to our HOA and they contacted Ryan immediately.         Very disappointing experience overall. Work started late and lacked clear communication. The crew seemed rushed and careless on site. Materials used did not match what was promised. Several mistakes were noticed after completion. Roof still leaks despite “repairs.” Follow-up calls were ignored or delayed. No proper inspection was done before leaving.         Not satisfied with the roofing service. Price did not match the quality delivered. Workers showed little attention to detail. Delays were never properly explained. Problems were blamed on weather. No responsibility taken after complaints. Overall, a bad experience.
