This roof was showing signs of age, so our project manager, Steve, headed out to provide a free roof inspection. During the inspection, he noticed the existing shingles were a discontinued product, which meant matching repairs wouldn’t be possible. Knowing the best solution in this situation is often a full replacement, he walked the homeowner through their options. The homeowner decided to move forward through the insurance replacement route. Our team then installed a GAF Timberline HDZ roofing system in the color Weathered Wood, giving the home a refreshed look, long-term durability, and reliable protection for years to come.

Very disappointing experience overall. Work started late and lacked clear communication. The crew seemed rushed and careless on site. Materials used did not match what was promised. Several mistakes were noticed after completion. Roof still leaks despite “repairs.” Follow-up calls were ignored or delayed. No proper inspection was done before leaving. Not satisfied with the roofing service. Price did not match the quality delivered. Workers showed little attention to detail. Delays were never properly explained. Problems were blamed on weather. No responsibility taken after complaints. Overall, a bad experience.
