Nate was very professional from the moment he knocked on the door till the crew completed the job. Nate was patient and knowledgable with going over all options and helped us with our insurance claim. The only additional feedback I would add would be we were told that we didn’t need to move anything by the appointment person, but when the roof team arrived, they moved all our things (grill, solar lights, etc.) and we felt bad and could have saved them time.
