We worked with Chuck Rosiu to get a new roof on our home. He came out and inspected the roof on the house and the garage and found that there was some wind damage, and told us to contact our insurance company. We filed a claim for hail damage to the roof of our four unit condo building in Summit County. Great Roofing was recommended by our insurance agency, along with three others. I called each one. Bahman Moquim, the Sales Manager from Great Roofing was the only one to call back promptly. We had a roof installed by Great Roofing in the fall of 2016 due to a hail storm in July. The initial install went fine; however, we discovered an issue with the shingles in the spring of 2018 that turned out to be a manufacturer's defect from Owens Corning. We started the warranty process in July 2018; however, we didn't get a new roof until April 2019 due to Owens Corning dragging their feet on reimbursement.
