We filed a claim for hail damage to the roof of our four unit condo building in Summit County. Great Roofing was recommended by our insurance agency, along with three others. I called each one. Bahman Moquim, the Sales Manager from Great Roofing was the only one to call back promptly. We had a roof installed by Great Roofing in the fall of 2016 due to a hail storm in July. The initial install went fine; however, we discovered an issue with the shingles in the spring of 2018 that turned out to be a manufacturer's defect from Owens Corning. We started the warranty process in July 2018; however, we didn't get a new roof until April 2019 due to Owens Corning dragging their feet on reimbursement.
