As always, we were happy to provide a thorough and honest inspection to determine the best course of action.
Here’s what our team did to resolve the issue and prevent future leaks:
- Removed and replaced shingles along the valley at the back of the home
- Installed ice and water shield in the valley for added protection
- Removed and replaced step flashing and valley metal at the low-slope transition
These targeted repairs addressed the leak and reinforced the roof’s most vulnerable areas, extending its life and performance!
