I had shingles that had flown off my roof and wind damage throughout. Emily worked with the insurance company to get my claim approved and new roof installed. She communicated with me through every step of the process. She was great.
I got a call from them asking whether I had had storm damage and could someone come out to look at my roof and quote it. They did come. The guy had no cards or brochures. He went up on my roof and took snaps and a video of where I knew I'd had a leak. He explained that they try to get the insurance company to pay for the roof, so I get a roof for only the deductible. Fantastic company to work with. Matt was very thorough with his assessment and working with insurance. The installers showed up early and stayed beyond our expectations to make sure the job was done and done properly. They even moved our patio furniture and then cleaned up the mess and put it all back. We have 2 dogs and they ran a magnet multiple times through the entire yard to make sure all nails were cleaned up.
Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Had never dealt with a roofing company or home owners nsurance before this situation. Matt took all of the stress out of this situation with his hard work and dedication. The work and professionalism was top notch!
