Beware. You do NOT need to sign an agreement to get an estimate for insurance quote. This is a bad practice followed up with false commitments. Typical company that finds customers at fault for misrepresentations rather then themselves.
Bottom line your have consumer rights to whom you work with and what brand shingles you prefer.
