Called just before 2:00 PM to let them know that I was at the property – no one picked up. At 3:30 PM, the answering service person told me that their technician was within the 2-4 PM window, but she would ask the technician to call me with an ETA. At 4:12 PM I called to let them know that no one had shown up. The answering service person stated that she would call the technician again and request that I be called. I love how fast they responded to any questions I threw at them, and it was impressive how efficient they were with completing the job! I would recommend this to anyone, especially because its a pretty good price point compared to other roofing contractors.
