Good, responsive communication, which is more than I can say for every other roofer I contacted! Professional, nice crew, did the work quickly and well. Had a miscommunication over the scope of work and they fixed the item with no fuss. Only issue was it took us a while to get scheduled but we were a small job and with all the rain roofers are all swamped. 5 stars.

I manage a 134 unit condominium building in Pasadena and this was our first time using Green Ladder Roofing for our annual gutter cleaning, and wow! They did a great job! They provided photos of their stellar service, common area clean up of any debris and maintenance recommendations for items not included with the gutter cleaning. Mark Alcala, the service rep, was very responsive and professional as were his on-site staff. I plan on having them back next year!

Green Ladder gave us a very competitive bid on replacing the old roof of our house in Pasadena, and they did a great job. We worked with Mark Anthony and David, and they had to delay work for one day waiting for some material to arrive. We were concerned about a forecast of rain during the weekend, but they worked hard most of Saturday and finished everything just an hour before it started raining.
