I manage a 134 unit condominium building in Pasadena and this was our first time using Green Ladder Roofing for our annual gutter cleaning, and wow! They did a great job! They provided photos of their stellar service, common area clean up of any debris and maintenance recommendations for items not included with the gutter cleaning. Mark Alcala, the service rep, was very responsive and professional as were his on-site staff. I plan on having them back next year!
