Like others, I have been inundated with incessant texts and emails. This aggressive solicitation is occurring while my family is dealing with the catastrophic loss of our home in the recent fire. I informed your staff of this devastating situation in a direct text message after the first few unwanted solicitations. Despite this communication, your badgering texts continue on a regular basis.
