Called just before 2:00 PM to let them know that I was at the property – no one picked up. At 3:30 PM, the answering service person told me that their technician was within the 2-4 PM window, but she would ask the technician to call me with an ETA. At 4:12 PM I called to let them know that no one had shown up. The answering service person stated that she would call the technician again and request that I be called. At 4:30 PM no one had contacted me. If this is the way they manage their business... Read more
