I had to keep an eye on the job and some coaxing to make sure it was fully completed but the end result was excellent. The roof withstood El Nino rains with no leaks. I will definitely work with them in the future. I had to downgrade the rating to 4stars because in the recent windstorm, I discovered that no edge flashing was used at all. So all the edge tiles got blown off and the edge of the TPO roof is just flopping around. Poor mistake!
