My experience was great from start to finish. From making the appointment to them coming out and fixing the issue. I appreciated an actual scheduled time instead of a 1-3 hour time gap the other roofing companies were giving me for their arrival. I also really liked that they were organized as they worked and they kept the mess to a minimal and fully cleaned their materials after.
