Great job done with the roof! But communication is terrible! Took over 2 years to get job done because they always said they couldn't get my shingles until I finally talked to a higher up and then magically overnight they were found after over 2 years with a patched hole in the roof!

They were phenomenal for us! We discovered our roof was leaking. They immediately responded and found our roof was damaged by hail. Brandon Pierce, their representative for us, walked us through the options, guided us in our work with the insurance adjuster, and even met with the insurance company to be sure we were taken care of. Brandon and everyone at Greenawalt acted with our best interests in mind. Plus, the roof looks great and install couldn’t have been better!

We were a tough situation, I admit. We had hail damage to our house. After seeking a quote, we moved forward with a competitor of Greenawalt. That competitor dragged out the process over 9 months with our insurance quote. We were given the run-around something extreme. We had enough.
