From start to finish, communication was excellent. After I called to request an estimate, they were prompt in responding and gave me a few days to think about the proposal. I received a call back to see if I had any questions and we decided to give them the go ahead with the roof install. Our roof was damaged due to wind. Once we got insurance taken care of the roof was scheduled and it was done in 1 day. My only issue was they ordered black shingles without talking to us and said it was ok, they used it before. I wanted the same roof color that I had. Otherwise very professional, nothing was broke, they replaced a piece of rotten
