Following a series of hail storms 3 years ago, Greenawalt Roofing provided the new roof installation via our insurance claim. They were great! Very thorough in their assessment and even came the day our claims adjuster was on site to help navigate the situation and ensure that we qualified for a full roof replacement through our insurance.
When it came to installation day, they arrived promptly at 7am and got to work. They were done by 4pm, and left my home better than they found it.
They accommodated our scheduling needs perfectly, performing all work while we were away. Upon our return, the new roof looked great and there were no telltale signs that they were even there! They coordinated everything with our insurance company, including some modifications that were required. Everything worked smoothly and seamlessly. Would recommend them highly.
Greenawalt patiently worked with our recalcitrant insurance company, practically bending over backward to get the info needed for our claim. Then, when we finally had Greenawalt put on the roof, the work was done quickly and - as far as I can tell with both feet firmly on the ground - did a good job. The workers cleaned up the yard and didn't mangle my flowerbeds too badly.
I'm hoping we won't ever need another roof again, but I'd we do, Greenawalt will be our first call.
