After signing the contract there was a very short lead time to get the roof started. Other companies were talking 3 months or more. The project twwo about 2.5 weeks to start. When there were a couple of issues, Miriam helped get them taken care of immediately to my satisfaction Pricing was in the middle to slightly lower of the norm of the many estimates I got.
