We had Greenawalt handle exterior repairs on one of our commercial properties right outside of Pittsburgh after it sustained major damage from a storm. They were great to work with and reviewed the insurance paperwork to make sure the estimate was properly written for the work that needed done. I would recommend Greenawalt for anyone who needs residential or commercial work.
Would not recommend. Our gutters are less effective than the broken ones we replaced. Leaves a constant slab of dangerous ice waiting for a law suit at our front stoop. They refuse to do anything. 12 year warranty means nothing to them . The contract stated they would cover asbestos siding but instead tour it down with no regard for the danger to their employees or us because there was no supervision. So much more to unpack here, but those are the highlights.
