What a difference this company is. My first estimate, “plan on 60-90 minutes” ended up well over 3 hours. And $36k. For my little home in a trailer park. Talk about high pressure. Greenawalt wasn't originally my first choice out of the 6 contractors I got estimates for. One other company that seemed a better choice later proved otherwise when they imposed some details like money up front and high-pressure tactics to get me to sign. I didn't like the pushy salesman who came for the contract signing so I decided to go with Greenawalt, my second choice.
