I have never had a service performed by Greenawalt Roofing. But I have been in the middle of 2 neighbors who have. The first neighbor on my right got a new rubber roof and shingles on the front of their row home. After the crew left, everything was good until it rained. I noticed water running over our trough gutter. I thought maybe the down spout was clogged and just needed cleaned. I had a roofer come out and checked it out for me. Greenawalt made this process very easy. I primarily dealt with Finn and Ashlea and both were great. Finn was patient and flexible during the estimate portion of the process and Ashlea was a great coordinator and very responsive. Both were informative and answered any questions I had. Turnaround time was quick and everything with the project occurred as scheduled. I live in Port Clinton and hired Greenawalt to replace the roof on my garage. Initially I called to get a piece of trim fixed but I was aware of the condition on my roof and had a feeling a full replacement would be recommended.
