Mike Brown was so easy to work with on my new roof installation and my 2nd job was new gutters. Mike gave me everything I needed to know about the time frame and cost of each job. The new roof had vent place on roof what big help with the heat. The workers had new roof installed in one day. What amazing job at the clean up. What a great experience on the shingle replacement for my house roof. Everyone I worked with at Greenawalt was knowledgeable and courteous. Kudos to Jeff and Olivia for all the planning and communication to make this happen quickly and without any issues. Extremely response!!! Answered all of my questions… even came back out to see me face to face to help me understand how the new ridge vent was installed when I was unable to be there for the original installation. They have reviewed my estimate for a new roof that my Solar company wants to install making me a much better informed customer. LOVE THE NEW RIDGE VENT!!! Looks great, no leaks, stood up to the wind.
