After signing the contract there was a very short lead time to get the roof started. Other companies were talking 3 months or more. The project twwo about 2.5 weeks to start. When there were a couple of issues, Miriam helped get them taken care of immediately to my satisfaction Pricing was in the middle to slightly lower of the norm of the many estimates I got. The Greenawalt team did a great job replacing roof tiles and several fascia trim sections at Ascension Lutheran Church. One of the recently damaged fascia sections was repaired above and beyond their quoted scope, something we certainly appreciated.
