I got a notice from my HOA that a section of flashing on my roof had come loose and needed repair. Since I was going to be away from Lancaster for an extended period of time, I contacted Greenawalt Roofing about the work. They sent someone out that same day to inspect the roof and sent me an estimate. I okayed the work and they got it on their schedule within a week or so. I am very pleased with the work and the level of communication from the company.

Definitely the best roofing company I've dealt with. The roofing and siding look great and have held up against some pretty strong storms the last couple years. I did have 1 issue, but I won't knock them a star because they are a GOOD company and actually honor their warranties. There wasn't enough ice barrier around the edges and the past winter had some heavy ice build up.
