I would recommend Greenawalt for anyone who needs residential or commercial work.
Would not recommend. Our gutters are less effective than the broken ones we replaced. Leaves a constant slab of dangerous ice waiting for a law suit at our front stoop. They refuse to do anything. 12 year warranty means nothing to them . The contract stated they would cover asbestos siding but instead tour it down with no regard for the danger to their employees or us because there was no supervision. Great roofing company did very complete job
What a difference this company is. My first estimate, “plan on 60-90 minutes” ended up well over 3 hours. And $36k. For my little home in a trailer park. Talk about high pressure. Then oh they’ll drop the price to $26k, and “you know of you like materials there’s nothing wrong with signing now” even though I told them I wasn’t signing anything for at least a month - I just moved into the place and wanted to see the expenses and not screw myself. Goodbye “long” presentation.
