Extremely response!!! Answered all of my questions… even came back out to see me face to face to help me understand how the new ridge vent was installed when I was unable to be there for the original installation. They have reviewed my estimate for a new roof that my Solar company wants to install making me a much better informed customer. LOVE THE NEW RIDGE VENT!!! Looks great, no leaks, stood up to the wind.
