This company was very professional from beginning to end. Billy explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions. The office staff kept me informed on the installation date, based on when supplies were being delivered. The workers were thorough. They took photos of areas that needed additional work, which Billy said was a possibility, due to the age of my roof. There was no debris left in my yard from the old roof. I hired Greenawalt to replace the siding and gutters (adding gutter guards) on my Cape Cod style home. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. From the gentleman I met at the Home and Garden Show, to Christina in the office, to the crew that did the job, and the guy that picked up the dumpster afterwards: they were all so nice, helpful, and informative. Jeff was so very comfortable to deal with when he came out to do the estimates, he even took the time to make sure that the shingles picked out would look similar to both mine and my father's house. Then, the crews that came here to work were very pleasant to interact with when I came home from work early, they responded with a wave or a head nod when greeted; which made things feel comfortable.
