We had a fantastic experience with Greenawalt Roofing. Mike, our service representative, was our advocate and was instrumental in getting our insurance company to understand AND pay our claim. The roofing and gutter/downspout teams were on time, fast and did a great job. Mike even helped to correct a color voice mistake that I had made. I would recommend this team to everyone.

This company was very professional from beginning to end. Billy explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions. The office staff kept me informed on the installation date, based on when supplies were being delivered. The workers were thorough. They took photos of areas that needed additional work, which Billy said was a possibility, due to the age of my roof. There was no debris left in my yard from the old roof. I hired Greenawalt to replace the siding and gutters (adding gutter guards) on my Cape Cod style home. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Jeff was so very comfortable to deal with when he came out to do the estimates, he even took the time to make sure that the shingles picked out would look similar to both mine and my father's house. Then, the crews that came here to work were very pleasant to interact with when I came home from work early, they responded with a wave or a head nod when greeted; which made things feel comfortable.
