We've been really pleased with all aspects of the Greenawalt roof replacement and gutter update experience. The communication has been great - the sales people are knowledgeable friendly and never pushy. The account team walked us through everything, including some rescheduling due to inclement weather. Greenawalt made the process of roof and siding repair easy from start to finish. They kept me informed as to when they would be here for various phases of the project. Dumpsters arrived as scheduled and more importantly picked up and removed as soon as the various phases of work were completed. The majority of the work was completed within a month. The salesmen inspected our roof met with our insurance adjuster and took care of all the details. The installers saw some underlying problems and made us aware and took care of those problems before proceeding. I had some questions about the attic fan when the job was completed and they sent someone out right away to inspect the job. We highly recommended this company.
