From beginning to end this was a fantastic experience. I was glad that I applied for financing at the home and garden show to get an upgrade to the Landmark PRO shingles which are to last 50 years. The roofers were very hard working. They were up and down the ladder from dusk to dawn. What a great experience on the shingle replacement for my house roof. Everyone I worked with at Greenawalt was knowledgeable and courteous. Kudos to Jeff and Olivia for all the planning and communication to make this happen quickly and without any issues. Extremely response!!! Answered all of my questions… even came back out to see me face to face to help me understand how the new ridge vent was installed when I was unable to be there for the original installation. They have reviewed my estimate for a new roof that my Solar company wants to install making me a much better informed customer. LOVE THE NEW RIDGE VENT!!! Looks great, no leaks, stood up to the wind.
