Great roofing company did very complete job
What a difference this company is. My first estimate, “plan on 60-90 minutes” ended up well over 3 hours. And $36k. For my little home in a trailer park. Talk about high pressure. Then oh they’ll drop the price to $26k, and “you know of you like materials there’s nothing wrong with signing now” even though I told them I wasn’t signing anything for at least a month - I just moved into the place and wanted to see the expenses and not screw myself. Greenawalt wasn't originally my first choice out of the 6 contractors I got estimates for. One other company that seemed a better choice later proved otherwise when they imposed some details like money up front and high-pressure tactics to get me to sign.
