From start to finish, communication was excellent. After I called to request an estimate, they were prompt in responding and gave me a few days to think about the proposal. I received a call back to see if I had any questions and we decided to give them the go ahead with the roof install. Greenawalt initially had us scheduled about a week to two weeks out, but was able to fit us in much sooner due to a change in their schedule.
