From the very first day we contacted Greenawalt, it was an amazing experience! Our Representative Jeremy was wonderful! He took over and tried to get our Insurance company to pay for wind and hail damage to our roof, but our roof was considered too old, so we decided to get the estimate of the roof replacement. Start to finish, everything about Greenawalt was professional, clear, and helpful. They care about what they do and provide excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier with the finished result. But here's the kicker: when paperwork and the back-end got complicated, their office staff was super positive, helpful and attentive. That's as important as a job well done.
