Overall, I am pleased with the sales, service, workmanship of the roof installation on my house and detached garage. I was particularly impressed with the roofing crew. They were efficient, organized, and did a pretty good job with cleanup of the work site after the installation was completed. The roofing crew encountered a few areas of damaged wood after the old shingles were removed. Photos were taken so I could see the damage first hand. Greenawalt talks a good story but doesn't deliver. Communication was not what I thought it would be. They said that I would be updated along the way. I got a text the day of the install and another one the next day. A call would have been nice. Instead I received a text the day telling me how much I owe, how does it look and to leave a 5 star review. You need to earn a five star review from me and they did not.
