What a difference this company is. My first estimate, “plan on 60-90 minutes” ended up well over 3 hours. And $36k. For my little home in a trailer park. Talk about high pressure. Then oh they’ll drop the price to $26k, and “you know of you like materials there’s nothing wrong with signing now” even though I told them I wasn’t signing anything for at least a month - I just moved into the place and wanted to see the expenses and not screw myself. From start to finish, I am most impressed with Greenawalt Roofing. Jeff, our salesman, was courteous and punctual. The install crew was efficient and finished the entire job in one day. The yard was completely cleaned before they left - you would never know they had been there! Katie in the office is so kind and pleasant. All in all, I most definitely recommend Greenawalt. The siding and shutters looks great! It took less than two days to remove and install. A dumpster was delivered the day before removal and picked up the day after it was completed.
