The installers worked under difficult conditions. It was cold and snow was still on the ground. With all of that, they worked quickly and were friendly and efficient. The contact person in the office, Ashlea, is a pleasure to work with as well.

Waste container was delivered the day before installation and placed in such a way that I could still get my car out of the garage if needed. The crew arrived at 6:45 AM and first had to remove the snow from my roof before they could even start. The Foreman was very polite and courteous to me, I really didn’t have any interactions with the installers. They hustled all the time despite the weather conditions. After signing the contract there was a very short lead time to get the roof started. Other companies were talking 3 months or more. The project twwo about 2.5 weeks to start. When there were a couple of issues, Miriam helped get them taken care of immediately to my satisfaction Pricing was in the middle to slightly lower of the norm of the many estimates I got.
