Green-Tek did a great job on our 12-unit Townhomes in South Tampa. John Franco (owner) gave us a good price and was easy to contact. He also agreed to attend a zoom meeting to answer all questions from our HOA board members and addressed all issues during the course of the project. A tree branch fell through my metal roof and it started leaking water into my pantry bad. Greentek sent Austin out and he quoted us a reasonably priced repair by replacing one panel. They were out there and fixed it in less than a week and i haven’t had a leak since. Would definitely recommend Austin and Greentek to anyone who asks.
