I am very interested with the work they have done
This company doesn't seem to be interested in honoring their warranties. I purchased this house from the original customer and discovered a leak. I called and confirmed they transfer warranty to new owner. This was well within the warranty period (by over a year). In fact, they acknowledged the warranty and came out to do the repair.
