Overall process was good. Company is reputable and did a good job. Austin communicated well. We had 5 units that needed to be addressed and Austin worked with all 5 owners to meet their individual needs which was great.
However, one of their employees took it upon herself to get involved with a domestic violence police situation that was occurring at my home and it really left a bad taste in my mouth, which is the reason for the reduced rating.

During the project, law enforcement arrived on site for reasons unrelated to our work or actions by our team. Good people. Little bit of a rocky road but they hung in there and I am satisfied with the results. Brandon Schwing sold me on the project and I’m glad he did. Stuck with me thru the project. John Fisher stepped into a difficult situation and got it squared away. Can’t say enough good things about him. As long as those two guys were involved, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again with Greentek.
