Overall process was good. Company is reputable and did a good job. Austin communicated well. We had 5 units that needed to be addressed and Austin worked with all 5 owners to meet their individual needs which was great.
However, one of their employees took it upon herself to get involved with a domestic violence police situation that was occurring at my home and it really left a bad taste in my mouth, which is the reason for the reduced rating.

Good people. Little bit of a rocky road but they hung in there and I am satisfied with the results. Brandon Schwing sold me on the project and I’m glad he did. Stuck with me thru the project. John Fisher stepped into a difficult situation and got it squared away. Can’t say enough good things about him. As long as those two guys were involved, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again with Greentek.
