They installed our new roof in 2022 and we have had four roof leaks. Three of the leaks have been repaired but we have been waiting since August of last year (before the hurricanes) for the 4th leak to be repaired. Our calls are ignored and we sit with a leaky roof with rainy season fast approaching.

I was originally quoted $3,000 to repair my tiled roof and was told to expect an email with a contract to proceed. Weeks went by with no email, so I followed up—only to be told by Samantha that they "don’t feel comfortable working on tiled roofs." Let me get this straight: A roofing company that isn’t comfortable working on roofs? Either they were lying to get out of a small job, or they truly aren’t capable of handling tiled roofs. Absolutely amazing experience with GreenTek. Brandon Schwing was our rep and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They helped us with insurance, walked us through all the steps and were fast and efficient when putting up the roof. Showed up in the morning and had everything done and cleaned up by 5pm. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a roof and make sure to give Brandon a call. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy to help us with it all.
