            They installed our new roof in 2022 and we have had four roof leaks. Three of the leaks have been repaired but we have been waiting since August of last year (before the hurricanes) for the 4th leak to be repaired. Our calls are ignored and we sit with a leaky roof with rainy season fast approaching.

            I was originally quoted $3,000 to repair my tiled roof and was told to expect an email with a contract to proceed. Weeks went by with no email, so I followed up—only to be told by Samantha that they "don’t feel comfortable working on tiled roofs." Let me get this straight: A roofing company that isn’t comfortable working on roofs? Either they were lying to get out of a small job, or they truly aren’t capable of handling tiled roofs.
